The Trust and Estate planning practice includes advising clients in all matters relating to estate planning.  We assist clients with their estate planning through preparation of Wills, Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Living Wills, Health Care Directives and Durable Powers of Attorney.  We provide family wealth transfer planning to minimize estate and gift taxes through the formation of Family Foundations, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Qualified Personal Residence Trusts and Grantor Remainder Trusts.
