The Tax Controversy practice includes client representation in federal, state and local tax matters. The practice encompasses individual and business tax controversies, including tax audits, administrative appeals and tax litigation. We are experienced in representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue on civil tax issues.
The firm’s corporate practice is actively involved in all aspects of the law involving corporations. We routinely represent companies in matters ranging from advice on choice of entity, incorporation and formation, general business matters, dissolutions, spin-offs and other forms of reorganization.
